New Pass Application:
Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass does not guarantee theme park admission, especially during high attendance periods. Admission to the theme parks and availability for standard theme park parking are subject to capacity and other closures. Other restrictions apply.
- Access to Sunway Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park from 6pm to 11pm daily.
- New Pass Application
- Malaysian rate is applicable for MyKad/ MyKid/ I-Pass/ Multiple Entry Visa holder only.
- The non-Malaysian rate is applicable for Single Entry Visa.
- Please be informed that each pass holder will need to fill in registration form(s) accordingly to complete the registration process
- Card will be processed / activated within 5 working days of sign up with full payment.
- Physical Annual Pass cards must be collected at Sunway Lost World Of Tambun Membership Counter. Counter operation hours: 12:00PM to 8:00PM (daily)
- Please present original e-voucher and identification card upon Annual Pass card collection.
- Card is valid for 12 months from the purchased date.
- Renewal Application
- Renewal price is only valid within 3 months of pass expiry date, thereafter will be considered as a new signup.
- Renewal activation starts from the day of pass purchased and 12 months from then.
- Renewal is only available over the counter purchase.
- Guests should ensure their pass type is valid for park entry prior to entering to Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.
- Entry wristband(s) redeemed are valid for ONE-TIME ENTRY per day and is strictly non-transferable.
- Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass members must present original MyKad/ MyKid/ I-card for verification purposes during entry.
- Available subscription is for 12 months only
- Malaysian promotional rate for all Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass only applicable for MyKad/ MyKid/ I-card/ Multiple Entry Visa. Please present identification card for application purposes.
- Card will be processed/ activated within 5 working days of sign up with full payment.
- No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.
- Lost card(s) will be replaced at the fee of RM25.00 per card
- The Management reserves the right to close Sunway Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park venues, cancel events and activities and operation hours without prior notice. .
- Park experiences and affairs will be modified/ changed and subjected to limited capacity or even closure.
- Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass excludes activities/ events separately priced. Pass types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Passes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable in any part or whole. It can only be used by the signatory.
- Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass is not applicable for travel agents and tour services. Only for personal use.
- Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass will be considered void if terms & conditions are breached.
- Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass is subjected to the Terms and Conditions as specified by the Management of Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.
- Use and entitlement of all Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park Annual Pass benefits and privileges are governed by all terms and conditions as stipulated in the passes and vouchers.
- For pass collection on behalf, an authorization form needs to be filled up upon arrival at the Membership counter.
- Members entry are not allowed during New Year’s Eve Event in Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.
SUNWAY THEME PARKS ULTIMATE PASS
Live every moment with the Sunway Theme Parks Ultimate Pass. Gain unlimited access to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World Of Tambun all year round and immerse yourself in never-ending fun, games, rides and thrills.
1. This is a CARDLESS membership. No physical card will be provided. Upon successful purchase, the e-Membership will automatically be reflected in the Sunway Super App under Program > My Theme Parks > Sunway Theme Parks > Sunway Lagoon > Me > My Membership.
2. The rate is applicable for Malaysian with MyKad/MyKid/ I-Pass/ Multiple Entry Visa and Non-Malaysian with Single-Entry Visa holder only.
3. Renewal rate is only valid within 90 days before or after Annual Pass expiry date, thereafter will be considered as a new sign up.
4. Annual Pass is strictly for one (1) registered person only. Each pass holder is required to complete the registration form during purchase. One (1) pass, 1 person only. Example: If purchase 2 passes, to submit and complete registration details for 2 person.
5. One-time facial registration via the Sunway Super App is required by pass holder prior to admission. Facial registration is STRICLY for the registered pass holder only.
6. Ultimate Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
7. Ultimate Pass holders are entitled to unlimited access to both Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World Of Tambun, limited to single entry per day.
8. Access to Sunway Lagoon is open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with the last entry at 10:30 PM. The park is closed every Tuesday, except during Malaysian School Holidays and Public Holidays.
9. Access to Sunway Lost World Of Tambun is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday, except Tuesdays), 10:00AM to 11:00PM (Saturday, Sunday, Malaysian Schooland Public Holidays) and 6:00 PM to 11:00PM (Tuesdays), with the last entry at 10:30 PM.
10. Ultimate Pass includes access to Sunway Lagoon for all parks, rides, activities, and attractions within the theme park. Exclusions apply to pay-per-ride activities, including but not limited to Sunway Tiny Experience Factory, Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart, EV Boat, and Carnival Games. This list is not exhaustive.
11. Ultimate Pass includes access to Sunway Lost World Of Tambun for all parks, rides, activities, and attractions within the theme park. Exclusions apply to pay-per-ride activities, including but not limited to Haunted Chambers, Zipline, Swan Paddle, Stand Up Paddling, Kayak, and Rock Climbing. This list is not exhaustive.
12. Ultimate Pass is not valid for separately ticketed events, including but not limited to Nights Of Fright, concerts, and private events. Special rates may apply, and tickets must be purchased separately.
13. This pass is STRICTLY for personal use by the registered holder only. The pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale, whether in part or in whole. Not valid for travel agents or tour services.
14. Free admission applies to children below 90cm in height.
15. Strictly NO refunds and cancellations are once purchases have been made.
16. Price is inclusive of prevailing Entertainment Tax (ENT) and/or Service Tax (SST), where applicable.
17. The Management reserves the right to request additional information or documentation at any time for verification purposes.
18. The Management reserves the right to check, refuse admission, and block the Ultimate Pass if it is used by a person other than the registered pass holder.
19. Ultimate Pass will be considered void if any terms and conditions are breached. No refund will be provided.
20. The Management reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete, or add to the stated terms and conditions, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
21. The Management reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or close Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World Of Tambun venues, events, activities, rides and attractions and revise operation hours without prior notice.
22. It is a condition that visitors agree to be bound by the terms and conditions including Online Ticketing Policy and General Park Rules of Sunway Lagoon and the Park Rules & Regulations of Sunway Lost World Of Tambun. Please refer to sunwaylagoon.com and sunwaylostworldoftambun.com for details.
