Temporary Closure of Sunway Lost World Of Tambun

Day Tickets and Night Tickets

  • For unused Admission Ticket with expiry date that falls on the days that Sunway Lost World Of Tambun is closed, please contact us via email at lostworldoftambun@sunway.com.my for extension of the expiry date once the reopening date is advised. 
  • Guest shall use the same Revalidated Admission Ticket before 31st December 2020 after Sunway Lost World Themepark resumes operation. 
  • For Admission Ticket purchases via a third party online platform, you would have to refer to their terms and conditions (for eg. booking must be made prior to the visit date) please reach out to your original booking channel for ANY requests.

Hotel Bookings

  • For guests who have booked accommodation hotel/glamping/floating villa for one of the days that Sunway Lost World Of Tambun is closed through our official website please contact us via email to lostworldoftambun@sunway.com.my with guest name and confirmation number for revalidation requests. 
  • Guest shall use the same Revalidated Confirmation before 31st December 2020 after Sunway Lost World Of Tambun resumes operation. 
  • For Guests who have booked accommodation at the hotel/glamping/floating villa for stay during one of the days that Sunway Lost World Of Tambun is closed via a third party online platform, you would have to refer to their terms and conditions (for eg. booking must be made prior to the visit date) please reach out to your original booking channel for ANY requests.
